This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the product ordered.

Typical estimated delivery time is:

  • Europe: 5–24 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–20 business days

  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless free shipping is offered for your order.

If free shipping is available, it will be shown clearly during checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Large Items and Multiple Packages

Some automotive parts, body kits, spoilers, diffusers, or larger accessories may ship separately or in multiple packages.

If your order arrives in separate shipments, this does not mean anything is missing. Additional tracking information may be provided when available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

NordicSpec is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

NordicSpec is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@nordicspec.com.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nordicspec.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it and help make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow extra time for the courier to update the shipment.

If your package appears lost or has not moved for an extended period, contact us at support@nordicspec.com and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
