Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Items that have been installed, modified, painted, damaged, used, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
To start a return, contact us at support@nordicspec.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nordicspec1@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, modified, painted, damaged, or used.
We also cannot accept returns for custom orders, special-order items, gift cards, or final sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
